How payments and refunds are handled
Payments for All Of Your Days paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of your order and handles billing, refunds and payment-related support on our behalf. All refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Refund window
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the relevant transaction. Where applicable consumer law gives you statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights continue to apply and are not affected by this window.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory consumer rights. If you are a UK consumer, you may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital content and service contracts. Other statutory rights may also apply where a service is faulty, not as described, or is not provided with reasonable care and skill. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Discretionary refunds
Beyond statutory rights, Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. Submitting a refund request does not by itself guarantee that a discretionary refund will be approved.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund through any of the following:
- The links provided by Paddle in your transaction or receipt email.
- Your subscription and billing management options where available, such as Paddle's customer portal (from Settings → Manage subscription).
- Paddle's buyer support and refund service at paddle.net.
You can also contact us at hello@allofyourdays.com and we will help you with your request. Refunds themselves are issued by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
What happens if a refund is approved
Where a refund is approved, access to the relevant paid product or service may cease in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. If your subscription returns to the Free plan, your timelines and memories remain in your account but you'll be limited to the Free plan's caps. We never delete your memories for you.
Cancelling your subscription is different from a refund
You can cancel your All Of Your Days subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep your paid features until that date. Cancellation does not by itself refund a payment you have already made; refund requests follow this policy. See Subscriptions & Cancellation for the full cancellation detail.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then.
