We want you to love All Of Your Days. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our subscriptions.
- Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Request a refund from there, or
- Email us at hello@allofyourdays.com and we'll help you sort it.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, your subscription returns to the Free plan. Your timelines and memories remain in your account, but you'll be limited to the Free plan's caps. If you've exceeded those caps, you'll be in read-only mode until you upgrade again or remove enough content to fit within the Free limits.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods after the 30-day window, but you'll keep access until the period ends.
