What is All Of Your Days?
All Of Your Days is a private place for families to preserve photos, videos and stories together, organised around the days they happened.
Instead of memories becoming scattered across phones, photo libraries and messages, you can bring them together on a timeline and add the words and details that give them meaning.
You can keep a timeline for yourself, create one around someone you love or build a shared family story together.
How does All Of Your Days work?
You start by creating a private timeline. Memories are then added to the dates they belong, using photos, written stories and, on paid plans, videos.
You can invite people you trust to view the timeline or contribute their own memories. Over time, the timeline becomes a shared record of the days, moments and stories you want to keep.
What is a timeline?
A timeline is where memories are organised in All Of Your Days.
Rather than keeping everything in one long photo gallery, memories belong to particular days. You can move through years, months and days and look back at what happened and what people remember about it.
A timeline might follow your own life, a child growing up, someone you love or a story your family wants to preserve together.
Who can see my timeline?
Your timelines are private. They are not public profiles and are not intended to be searchable on the open web.
Access is controlled through invitations and timeline membership. Only people who have been given appropriate access can view or contribute to a private timeline.
Can my family add their own memories?
Yes. All Of Your Days is designed so memories can be preserved together.
You can invite people you trust to a timeline and give them appropriate access. Contributors can add their own memories, helping one timeline hold different people's photographs, stories and recollections.
You can also give people viewing access without allowing them to contribute.
What can I save in All Of Your Days?
You can preserve written memories and photographs and organise them around the dates they belong.
Premium and Complete members can also upload videos and use bulk upload, making it easier to bring larger collections of memories into a timeline.
Your available storage and features depend on your plan.
How is All Of Your Days different from ordinary photo storage?
All Of Your Days is built around the story of your memories, not simply the files themselves.
A photograph can be connected to the day it happened, the people involved and the words and details you want to remember. Family members can also contribute what they remember, creating a shared timeline over time.
Ordinary cloud storage can be useful for keeping files. All Of Your Days is designed specifically for preserving and looking back on the stories around them.
Is my family's content private?
Yes. Family timelines and their content are private rather than publicly searchable.
Photos, videos and other private timeline media are stored in private storage. Authorised members receive temporary secure access to the media they are permitted to view.
Access to timeline information is also protected by server-side permissions designed to prevent one family from accessing another family's private content. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
How are my photos and videos protected and backed up?
Photos, videos and other private media are stored in private storage and are not made publicly accessible simply because someone knows a file address.
We also maintain a separate secure internal backup of customer media for recovery from accidental deletion or technical failure. This backup is not used by the normal All Of Your Days galleries and is not accessible to other customers.
If content or an account is deleted, remaining backup copies are automatically removed within 30 days.
All Of Your Days should not be treated as your only backup of irreplaceable photographs or videos, so we recommend keeping your own copies too.
How much does All Of Your Days cost?
You can start with All Of Your Days for free.
Free includes 1 GB of storage, one owned timeline, up to 250 memories and up to five contributors.
Premium costs £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year and includes 250 GB of storage, up to five owned timelines, video uploads, bulk upload and timeline search.
Complete costs £9.99 per month or £99.99 per year and includes 1 TB of storage with no fixed limit on the number of timelines you can own, plus the paid features included with Premium.

What's the difference between Free, Premium and Complete?
Free is designed to let you start preserving memories without paying. It includes one timeline, 1 GB of storage, up to 250 memories and up to five contributors.
Premium is for people who want to preserve much more. It increases storage to 250 GB, allows up to five owned timelines and adds video uploads, bulk upload and timeline search.
Complete provides 1 TB of storage and removes the fixed five-timeline ownership limit, making it suitable for people who want to preserve larger collections or create more timelines.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Cancelling a paid subscription does not immediately remove your paid access. Your current paid plan remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After paid access ends, your account falls back to the features and limits available on the Free plan. Existing memories are not automatically deleted simply because your subscription ends.
If your existing content is above a lower plan's limits, restrictions may apply to adding further content until you are within your allowance or upgrade again.

Do I own the photos, videos and memories I upload?
You retain your rights in the content you upload to All Of Your Days.
You give All Of Your Days the permissions needed to store, process, display and deliver that content so that we can provide the service to you and the people you choose to share it with.

Can I export my data?
Yes. All Of Your Days provides an account data export so you can obtain a copy of information associated with your account.
You can access the available privacy and data controls from your account settings.
What happens if I delete my account?
All Of Your Days provides an account deletion process for people who decide they no longer want to use the service.
Deletion removes the account and associated application data and removes owned media from the live service. Secure internal backup copies of deleted media may remain temporarily for recovery and operational purposes but are automatically removed within 30 days.
Some information may need to be retained separately by payment providers or other service providers where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.
Account deletion is permanent, so the service should make that clear before deletion is confirmed.
