1. Who we are
All Of Your Days ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data processed through our service. You can reach us at hello@allofyourdays.com.
2. What we collect and why

3. Who we share data with
- Service providers (sub-processors): hosting, database, file storage, analytics, and email delivery providers that help us run the service.
- Paddle (Merchant of Record): handles all sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. See Paddle's Privacy Notice. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
- People you invite: other members of your timelines can see the content you contribute there.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK / EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. How long we keep data
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your content within 90 days, except where we're legally required to keep it longer. Inactive accounts may be warned and deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
6. Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our security practices.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
